Treasury Manager

About the role

MDLBEAST is expanding its live‑entertainment portfolio and needs a Treasury Manager to lead group‑wide treasury operations. This hands‑on role works closely with the CFO and finance leadership to ensure liquidity, banking relationships, and risk management keep pace with rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasts for all entities.
• Monitor daily cash positions, optimise working capital and provide liquidity dashboards to senior management.
• Manage strategic banking relationships, negotiate facilities, RCFs, term loans and credit lines, and ensure covenant compliance.
• Oversee trade finance instruments (LCs, standby LCs, bank guarantees, receivable financing) and manage FX exposure through spot and forward transactions.
• Lead payments governance, automation, B2B bank integration and ERP enhancements.
• Design and enforce treasury policies, SOPs, internal controls and risk‑management frameworks.
• Prepare treasury reports for the CFO and executive team and support audit and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA or MSF a plus).
• 7‑12 years of progressive corporate treasury experience, preferably in multi‑entity, multi‑currency groups.
• Proven hands‑on experience with cash flow forecasting, banking facility management, trade finance instruments and FX risk management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP Treasury.
