Treasury Specialist

About the role

The Treasury Specialist will oversee the company’s treasury operations, ensuring efficient liquidity management, compliance with financing obligations, and smooth interaction with banks and lenders. This role supports both operational and strategic financial needs through cash flow monitoring, debt management, and treasury controls.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances, liquidity positions, and prepare cash‑flow forecasts.
• Manage daily treasury activities including payments, transfers, reconciliations, and cash settlements.
• Process payment transactions via ERP and bank portals while adhering to authority limits.
• Maintain and develop relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions.
• Coordinate banking facilities such as loans, overdrafts, guarantees, letters of credit, and corporate cards.
• Track financing facilities, debt schedules, repayment obligations, and covenant compliance.
• Support receivables, payables, and inventory monitoring to improve cash conversion cycles.
• Monitor financial risks related to liquidity, FX, interest rates, and covenant breaches.
• Prepare treasury, liquidity, debt, and cash‑flow reports for management and lenders.
• Drive improvements in treasury processes, controls, automation, and ERP workflows.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
