Treasury Supervisor

About the role

The Treasury Supervisor will manage the company’s lines of credit, cash flow and liquidity to support operational and strategic objectives. Reporting to the CFO, the role ensures compliance, strong banking relationships, and accurate treasury reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise lines of credit, negotiating terms, interest rates and fees.
• Analyse financial requirements and determine appropriate credit amounts for operations, expansion and other obligations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory credit‑management requirements, maintain documentation and monitor covenants.
• Maintain and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions, renegotiating and renewing credit facilities.
• Provide cash‑flow projections, optimise working capital and actively manage liquidity.
• Prepare and present treasury reports to the CFO, highlighting cash positions, KPIs and liquidity forecasts.
• Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field (implicit from role).
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in cash management, credit management and treasury operations.
