UI/UX Designer Associate

About the role

At Mnzil, we are building technology that simplifies workforce housing at scale. As a UI/UX Designer Associate you will join a fast‑moving startup to create intuitive, efficient and enjoyable digital experiences for our web and mobile products.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually engaging user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into user‑friendly designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics and product goals.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design projects.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
