Uniform Operations Coordinator – Major Sporting Event

About the role

We are seeking a Uniform Operations Coordinator to lead the end‑to‑end uniform programme for staff, volunteers and workforce members at a major international football event in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures the right uniform reaches the right person, at the right size, time and venue across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan uniform requirements based on workforce numbers and roles.
• Manage uniform orders, stock, inventory and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, arrange sizing and fitting sessions.
• Distribute uniforms across venues and maintain accurate allocation records.
• Monitor stock levels, arrange replenishment and handle replacements for lost or damaged items.
• Oversee uniform storage, collection and reporting on stock status.
• Lead the uniform team and collaborate with Workforce Operations, HR and Venue Operations.

Required profile

• Experience in uniform, wardrobe, apparel or workforce logistics, preferably in large‑scale sporting events.
• Strong inventory and stock management background.
• Proven supplier and vendor coordination abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Advanced Excel for reporting and inventory tracking.
