User Growth Strategy Analysis Manager

About the role

The User Growth Strategy Analysis Manager will lead the design, monitoring and optimisation of user‑centric growth initiatives for a fast‑growing food‑delivery platform in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with operations, product and technology teams to turn data into actionable strategies that drive user acquisition, retention and monetisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a core KPI system for user‑side metrics and continuously improve weekly/monthly operational monitoring frameworks.
• Conduct strategic research using data analysis, user research and market studies to generate clear recommendations.
• Partner with the operations team to design, analyse and evaluate subsidies, campaigns, traffic strategies and drive A/B testing.
• Coordinate internal data‑product requirements (dashboards, data retrieval, user tags) and ensure reliable delivery of data infrastructure.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to increase efficiency and explore best practices for AI adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food‑delivery tech or ecommerce consulting, with a background in operations, data science or business analytics.
• Strong logical thinking, structured problem‑solving and the ability to present findings clearly.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and cross‑departmental alignment skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable in fast‑paced, uncertain environments.
• Fluent English and a genuine interest in Saudi consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
