UX/UI Designer – Contract Position

About the role

We are excited to welcome a talented UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role you will create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products, aligning user needs with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate user requirements into effective design solutions.
• Develop user‑centered designs using market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings.
• Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions and identify improvement areas.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for various digital platforms.
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to drive innovation.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting fellow designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience focused on digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered projects and diverse design styles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of design systems and style guide implementation.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
