UX/UI Designer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and is looking for a world‑class UX/UI Designer. You will translate complex workflows into intuitive, high‑converting product and marketing experiences, working closely with the CEO, product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive dashboards, workflows and integrations for the core product.
• Create conversion‑focused landing pages, product pages and demo flows for the marketing site.
• Define, maintain and expand the company design system and component library.
• Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing and run A/B experiments to iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation of designs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping and UI design.
