VELYS Robotic Assisted Solution Lead

About the role

The VELYS Robotic Assisted Solution Lead is based in Riyadh and plays a key part in advancing Capital Sales objectives for the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution portfolio. The role provides clinical, technical and commercial support to help customers adopt the VELYS platform, working closely with the Robotic Sales Manager and the Joint Reconstruction Sales Force.

Key responsibilities

• Support data-driven programs and initiatives aligned with Capital Sales goals, using market analysis, competitive intelligence and customer insights to strengthen commercial strategy and drive growth and retention.
• Act as clinical and technical expert for VELYS, supporting cases at customer sites, advising surgeons on procedures and helping onboard new robotic customers.
• Coordinate system installations, site-readiness activities and customer in-service training, and support post-installation adoption.
• Build relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and facilitate commercial and professional education for customers and internal teams.
• Coach junior colleagues and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education and Technical Support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific, technical or health-science discipline (e.g., Medical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Physics).
• Postgraduate studies in Business Administration are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in a clinical/OR-facing medical-device role (sales, clinical applications, surgical technology or biomedical) with significant OR exposure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with robotic total knee replacement systems is preferable.
