About the role
The Venture Architect will lead the end‑to‑end creation of new startups within the Mars Venture Studio. You will move ideas from validation through to operational launch, working closely with founders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured opportunity validation, including market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), competitive analysis and demand testing.
- Design scalable business models with clear revenue streams, cost structures and unit economics.
- Develop MVP roadmaps and coordinate execution with technical teams.
- Structure cap tables and early‑stage funding frameworks aligned with Mars investment strategy.
- Support founders in early traction, growth experiments and strategic positioning.
- Establish operational playbooks covering governance, reporting and performance tracking.
Required profile
- Experience in venture building, consulting or startup leadership.
- Strong financial modeling and strategic analysis capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the startup lifecycle and fundraising stages.
