Venue Manager – Children’s Entertainment Center (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead the operations of a new children’s entertainment centre in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring high standards of hospitality, events and customer service, and driving the venue’s growth across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of venue operations, including staffing, scheduling and customer experience.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and safety.
• Lead, train and develop a team of staff members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Coordinate events and entertainment programmes tailored for children.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality, events or entertainment management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong background in SOP implementation and staff training.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
