Vertical Sales Account Manager – Water & Utility (Riyadh)

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries is seeking a Vertical Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth in the water and utility sector in Saudi Arabia. You will own the customer relationship, develop account strategies and deliver sustainable value through Siemens’ automation and digitalization solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute mid‑to‑long‑term account plans, segment accounts and align engagement models.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Lead opportunity pipelines, conduct market analysis and run marketing‑led campaigns to grow the pipeline.
• Collaborate with C‑level executives, internal sales specialists and technical experts to build tailored value propositions.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reports and customer records in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in the water or wastewater industry.
• Proven track record of complex solution selling and achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to influence multi‑level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of automation and digitalisation technologies for water utilities.
