Vice President - Marketing & Communications

About the role

Lesha Capital is seeking a Vice President of Marketing & Communications to lead its marketing function during a growth phase. The role will shape the overall strategy, oversee execution across multiple channels, and ensure the brand message is consistent and impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the marketing and communications vision, strategy, roadmap, KPIs and alignment with business goals.
• Lead, coach and develop the internal marketing team and external agency partners.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and demand generation.
• Own event strategy and delivery for trade shows, conferences and promotional activities.
• Direct public‑relations efforts, media outreach, press releases and spokesperson coordination.
• Set social‑media and content strategy, monitor performance and optimise based on insights.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Establish analytics, reporting and ROI measurement for all initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and other stakeholders to align go‑to‑market messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results through integrated marketing, PR and digital channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
