About the role
As the Villa Operations Manager at SLS The Red Sea, you will lead the Villa Host team to deliver highly personalized luxury service to villa guests from pre‑arrival through departure, working closely with multiple operational departments.
SLS The Red Sea is a new luxury resort on the Red Sea coast, featuring 150 impeccably designed rooms, five dynamic Food & Beverage venues and a luxurious spa sanctuary.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall Villa Host operation, ensuring delivery of personalized luxury service and adherence to SLS brand standards.
- Manage, coach, and develop Villa Host Supervisors and Villa Hosts to build a high‑performing, guest‑focused team.
- Oversee daily villa operations, including arrivals, departures, VIP handling, special requests, host allocations, and guest preferences.
- Coordinate VIP and high‑profile guest arrivals with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, Spa, Engineering and other departments.
- Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure presentation, amenities, maintenance and service delivery meet luxury standards.
