Virtual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our global support team. This fully remote position allows you to work independently while delivering high‑quality service across phone, email, and live chat channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
• Assist with basic technical or service‑related issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems and follow up on open cases.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Calm and professional under pressure, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Adaptable to changing processes and priorities; additional languages are a plus.
