About the role

Join our global support team as a Virtual Customer Service Representative, working fully remotely to deliver exceptional service experiences across multiple channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with basic technical or service‑related issues and guide them through solutions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.

• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
