Virtual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our global support team. This fully remote position allows you to assist customers across phone, email and live‑chat while working independently from home. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, providing accurate information on products, services and policies.
• Assist with basic technical or service‑related issues, guiding customers through solutions.
• Handle complaints patiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges and service requests efficiently, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
• Meet quality standards and productivity targets, participate in training and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
• Adaptable to changing processes and priorities.
