About the role
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to our executive team. Working remotely, you will ensure schedules run smoothly, communications are managed efficiently, and daily operations are well‑organized.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and set reminders.
- Handle incoming emails, prioritize and respond on behalf of executives.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute summaries.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and related documentation.
- Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure accurate documentation.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work independently.
- Adaptable, self‑motivated, and responsive to changing priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital calendar tools.
- Experience using collaboration platforms for remote teamwork.
