Visual Designer Graduate

About the role

This fully remote position is aimed at recent graduates who are passionate about visual design and emerging technologies. You will join a global technology environment, collaborating with experienced designers and cross‑functional teams to create compelling visual assets for branding, marketing, and digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for marketing and brand initiatives, including social media content, campaign materials, advertisements, and promotional designs.
• Develop motion graphics and animations for digital channels, product demos, and customer experiences.
• Produce creative visuals using existing asset libraries while exploring new approaches such as AI‑generated imagery and 3D‑inspired content.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to understand briefs and deliver high‑quality creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs and contribute ideas to evolve the visual identity.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, balancing quality, creativity, and delivery timelines.
• Support multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design work from academic projects, freelance work, or internships.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce polished, high‑quality visuals.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage several projects at once.
• 0‑1 year of professional experience (internships, freelance, or academic work are valued).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for digital design and collaborative workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with motion design tools such as Rive, Lottie, Principle, or After Effects.
• Experience using AI image generation tools like Midjourney.
• Familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Spline) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
