About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Waiter to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Waiter will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail‑oriented and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, provide menus and answer menu‑related questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Communicate orders and special requests clearly to kitchen staff.
• Present and serve food and beverages in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas and dining room.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials and promotions.
• Assist with side‑work duties such as restocking supplies and rolling silverware.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Ability to memorize menu items and make informed recommendations.
• Food‑handling certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of local customs and etiquette in Riyadh preferred.
