About the role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for guests in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are clean and well‑maintained.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
• Process payments and operate the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Waiter in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
