About the role
We are looking for a reliable waiter to support the dining hall operations. You will help prepare the venue before service, maintain cleanliness, and assist the captain waiter in delivering a pleasant experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with morning cleaning of the restaurant and dining area.
- Clean all service utensils before each service.
- Support the captain waiter in setting up the restaurant.
- Maintain personal hygiene and a clean appearance.
- Help with mise en place preparation.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
- Place plates on guests' tables under the captain waiter's guidance.
- Replace ashtrays and refill water glasses during service.
- Clear tables after meals and clean them.
- Carry dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
Required profile
- Ability to follow instructions from the captain waiter.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
- Physical stamina for standing and carrying trays.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
