About the role

The Waiter will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar. The role requires a courteous, professional, and flexible approach to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned dining area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and dining area.
• Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Process orders accurately using the restaurant’s point‑of‑sale system.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and politely.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or a similar food‑and‑beverage environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
