Waiter – KSA Based (Filipinos/Nepalese)

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑oriented Waiter/Waitress with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality dining service, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold both local expectations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Check on guests regularly, handle requests or complaints efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards in compliance with KSA regulations.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate.

Required profile

• Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of proven waiter/waitress experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
