About the role

Join the Guest Service team at a luxury resort on Ummahat Island, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. As a Waiter, you will ensure smooth service from setting tables to final bill, contributing to the overall hospitality standards of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables and dining areas according to the restaurant layout.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, and service stations.
• Handle menus, verify information visually, and assist guests with menu queries.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb (up to 50 lb with assistance) and navigating uneven surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Saudi national.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on sloping or uneven surfaces for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and reach overhead and below the knees.
