Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hospitality at FAENA The Red Sea

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking enthusiastic Waiters and Waitresses to join its Food & Beverage team. In this position you will deliver refined, personalised table service that reflects the brand’s luxury standards and Forbes service expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus and confidently explain dishes, specials and beverage offerings.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to proper service etiquette and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean, properly set tables throughout service and ensure dining areas meet hygiene standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond efficiently to special requests and handle feedback professionally.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and supervisory teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Operate POS systems accurately for order entry and billing procedures.
• Support upselling initiatives by promoting menu items, beverages and special experiences.
• Assist with restaurant setup and closing procedures and report any service issues to supervisors.
• Uphold FAENA grooming, uniform standards and full compliance with Forbes service quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress within a luxury hotel, fine‑dining restaurant or upscale hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for order entry and billing.
