Waiter/Waitress – Tamayyaz Program (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Join Swissôtel Al Maqam as a Waiter/Waitress through the Tamayyaz Nationalization Development Program. You will work in a five‑star hotel environment serving guests in a dedicated Food & Beverage outlet, delivering high‑quality service while developing your hospitality career.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the assigned outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Assist in achieving monthly revenue targets and control operational expenses.
• Attend regular training sessions covering guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards and up‑selling.
• Perform basic cleaning, polishing of equipment, table setting and material collection from other departments.
• Greet guests, present menus, provide recommendations, take orders, process payments and ensure accurate order delivery.
• Maintain proper uniform appearance and personal grooming while on duty.

Required profile

• Saudi national enrolled in the Tamayyaz program or eligible to join.
• Strong interest in hospitality and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
