Waitress – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly and attentive Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. As a front‑line ambassador, you will deliver prompt, courteous service to guests while upholding the brand’s values of respect, responsibility, passion, and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, efficient manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s menus, services, and facilities to answer guest inquiries.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment accurately and follow all related procedures.
• Adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, safety protocols, and personal grooming standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper setup of your station throughout the shift.
• Follow security protocols when accessing guest rooms and handling guest information.
• Participate in training sessions and take on reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a courteous and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
