Waitress – Restaurant Service & Cleanliness

About the role

We are looking for a reliable waitress to join our restaurant team. The role involves preparing the dining area before service, maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift, and providing attentive service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with morning restaurant cleaning and set‑up.
• Clean and arrange all service utensils before each service.
• Support the captain waiter with mise en place and table setup.
• Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
• Replace ashtrays, fill glasses with water, and attend to guest needs during service.
• Clear tables after meals, transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
• Follow the captain waiter’s instructions and work under their guidance.

Required profile

• Clean and presentable appearance with high personal hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliability and willingness to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
