About the role

We are looking for a reliable waitress to join our restaurant team. The role involves preparing the dining area before service, maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift, and providing attentive service to guests.

Key responsibilities

Assist with morning restaurant cleaning and set‑up.
Clean and arrange all service utensils before each service.
Support the captain waiter with mise en place and table setup.
Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
Replace ashtrays, fill glasses with water, and attend to guest needs during service.
Clear tables after meals, transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
Follow the captain waiter’s instructions and work under their guidance.

Required profile

Clean and presentable appearance with high personal hygiene standards.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Reliability and willingness to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
