Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate will support JD.com’s logistics operations by handling inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely processing within a busy warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and product types, and report any visible damages or discrepancies.
• Unload goods safely and move them to designated storage or staging areas.
• Prepare and organize outgoing shipments according to schedule, confirming destination, route, and load accuracy.
• Coordinate with transport or dispatch teams to ensure timely departures.
• Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining care to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipment movements in the warehouse system.
• Move and organize materials to support shipment flow and assist in stock checks.
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, keep work areas clean, and report equipment faults promptly.
• Communicate effectively with logistics, transport, and warehouse control teams regarding delays, damages, or issues.
