About the role
The Warehouse Coordinator (Tender) ensures timely delivery of government tender batches by managing appointments with NUPCO. The role combines scheduling, invoice coordination, and reporting to support Al Zahrawi’s supply chain objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule tender delivery appointments on the iNUPCO portal before batch expiry dates.
- Receive invoices from the warehouse team and book appointments accordingly.
- Monitor deadlines for active tenders and follow up on appointment approvals.
- Coordinate with the tender team to resolve PO and invoice issues.
- Maintain a database of tenders and appointments, preparing weekly and periodic reports for the Line Manager.
- Provide support to other departments to meet overall company goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with a valid KSA driving license.
- Arab national.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Experience with ERP/Oracle systems.
- Reporting and data analysis capabilities.
- Inventory control knowledge.
