Warehouse Keeper – Solar Mounting Structure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Keeper to oversee daily operations of our solar mounting structure warehouse located in the 2nd Industrial City, Modon, Jeddah. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring safe and efficient material handling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Organise warehouse layout, label items, and ensure proper storage.
• Monitor raw materials, finished products, spare parts, and consumables.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams.
• Assign daily tasks and supervise warehouse staff.
• Prepare replenishment requests and monitor stock levels.
• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and safety standards.
• Generate regular inventory and operation reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience handling raw materials, steel products, spare parts, and finished goods is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with multiple departments.
