Warehouse Manager – All Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Stores Manager to oversee and manage all stores across our construction projects. The role ensures accurate material control, efficient distribution, and strict compliance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage multi‑site store operations across all active projects.
• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing of construction materials.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular audits for all stores.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site engineers to guarantee timely material availability.
• Implement standardized procedures for material handling, documentation, and safety.
• Monitor material consumption and prevent misuse, damage, or loss.
• Lead and train storekeepers and helpers across all project locations.
• Prepare consolidated daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in stores management within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, and MEP materials.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores or multi‑project operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Experience with inventory management software.
