Warehouse Manager – Global Logistics Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our high‑volume warehouse operations. You will work within a technology‑driven logistics network, ensuring that goods flow efficiently from receipt to shipment while supporting our global supply‑chain strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop warehousing development plans, process standards, and annual targets aligned with corporate strategy.
• Design warehouse layout, equipment configuration, and drive intelligent transformation to boost operational efficiency.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end processes including receiving, storage, inventory checks, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover, accuracy, labor productivity and space utilization.
• Analyze cost structures (labor, equipment, space) and implement cost‑reduction and automation initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate the warehouse team, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
