Warehouse Operator – Associate Storekeeper

About the role

The Associate Storekeeper / Warehouse Operator ensures the smooth flow of materials through receiving, storing, picking, and issuing inventory while maintaining accurate records and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Store items in designated locations following the warehouse layout and storage standards.
• Pick, pack and issue materials accurately according to approved requests.
• Perform inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS system and keep stock records up‑to‑date.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory activities.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages or discrepancies.
• Load and unload deliveries using appropriate material‑handling equipment where authorized.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and compliance with 5S standards.
• Follow company safety policies and use required personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain certification is a plus.
• 0‑4 years of experience in warehouse, stores or inventory operations.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
• Forklift certification is an advantage where applicable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift operation (certified).
