Warehouse Storekeeper

About the role

The Warehouse Storekeeper will manage the full lifecycle of high‑value rental assets, spare parts and consumables for oilfield projects. The role ensures strict compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards and local regulations while maintaining an efficient, hazard‑free warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Issue heavy machinery, tools and specialized oilfield equipment based on approved requisitions and delivery notes.
• Receive and inspect returned equipment, cross‑referencing rental agreements to identify missing components or damage.
• Segregate returned items into zones: Ready for Rental, Under Maintenance/Repair, or Quarantined/Damaged.
• Track third‑party inspection certificates for rental assets before downhole or offshore deployment.
• Maintain exact inventory levels for critical parts, service kits, filters and lubricants.
• Control stock of daily MRO consumables such as welding gases and PPE.
• Record all material movements, GRNs and delivery vouchers instantly in the corporate ERP system.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and monthly physical audits, reporting discrepancies immediately.
• Enforce hazardous material storage rules and uphold Saudi Aramco HSE standards.
• Maintain a tidy, hazard‑free warehouse to prevent incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in oilfield or energy services.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco safety and HSE regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict compliance requirements.
