Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Kerry is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods while supporting continuous improvement and compliance with food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and handling of raw materials according to company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain accurate records.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to provide a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to guarantee timely material availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and optimal space utilization within the warehouse.
• Prepare and analyse reports on inventory, stock movements, and operational performance.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Train, evaluate, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of warehousing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in inventory management and SAP.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• High level of computer literacy.
