Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe, productive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of warehouse associates, handling scheduling, performance management and training.
• Manage warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, stock checks and discrepancy resolution.
• Oversee loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper documentation and safety compliance.
• Implement and enforce safety policies, conduct regular training and inspections.
• Monitor equipment condition, coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Ensure accurate transaction recording in SAP and generate performance reports.
• Support implementation of new warehouse technologies and compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
