Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day operations of PepsiCo’s warehouse, ensuring that all activities meet contractual, safety and quality standards while supporting production, planning, export and other internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff, including store keepers and dispatchers, to maintain efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate daily off‑loading of potato consignments with the AGRO team and manage internal material transfers.
• Prepare and circulate regular reports such as IMPM, ageing, PO status, and non‑moving packaging material reports for planning and finance.
• Monitor and ensure calibration of weigh bridges and oil tanks on a quarterly basis.
• Upload incident and near‑miss reports to the MYEHS system and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee supplier invoicing and payments for services rendered.
• Validate warehouse movements in SAP through weekly test scripts and reconcile data.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse or distribution centre operations.
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality, EHS and export requirements.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams such as production, planning, quality and logistics.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
