Water Leak Technician – Chassis

About the role

Lucid is seeking a Water Leak Technician for its chassis team at the AMP2 facility in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on diagnosing, investigating, and reproducing water leak issues on vehicles and components, working closely with NVH engineers and cross‑functional quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment according to 6S standards.
• Execute water leak testing on static and dynamic vehicles using spray booths and pressure‑decay equipment.
• Identify leak entry points through investigation, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct trials and tests to confirm root causes, including component assembly/disassembly.
• Support Manufacturing Quality in pre‑delivery inspections and customer product audits.
• Assist NVH engineers with root‑cause analysis and validation of corrective actions.
• Document testing procedures, results, and maintain testing equipment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to improve sealing processes and adhesive applications.
• Train new hires on inspection methods and acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
