WebMethods Administrator – Integration Platform Specialist

About the role

Masterworks is looking for a detail‑oriented WebMethods Administrator to join its IT team. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and tuning the WebMethods platform to ensure seamless integration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade WebMethods components such as Integration Server, Broker, and Designer.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and guarantee high availability.
• Implement security policies and manage user access controls.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimise integration workflows and service performance.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users.
• Stay current with new WebMethods features and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a WebMethods Administrator or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• WebMethods Integration Server, Broker, Designer.
• APIs, Web Services, integration patterns.
• SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, database management.
• Knowledge of cloud integration and ESB concepts (a plus).
