Website Administrator – Manage & Optimize Company Sites

About the role

The Website Administrator is responsible for the continuous operation, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s web presence. You will ensure sites are always available, secure, fast, and visible in search engines while supporting internal IT needs.

Key responsibilities

• Fully manage all company websites, guaranteeing 24/7 availability.
• Develop new features, modify interfaces, and create pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Perform regular backups of site files and databases and restore them when required.
• Handle hosting, domain, and SSL certificate management, including renewals.
• Update content, images, and media while optimizing loading speed.
• Apply SEO fundamentals, organize keywords, and improve site visibility.
• Monitor performance, analyze traffic and errors, and propose enhancements.
• Protect sites from security breaches through updates, backups, and security settings.
• Provide basic technical support for employee devices and internal systems.
• Assist with email account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• High accuracy and integrity in all tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
• Experience managing hosting and domains via cPanel, DNS, and SSL certificates.
• Ability to perform backup and restore operations.
• Understanding of SEO basics and keyword organization.
• Fundamentals of web security and site protection.
• Effective troubleshooting skills for web‑related issues.
