Well Site Supervisor – Associate Level

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an Associate Well Site Supervisor to support well operations at a site in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This position is designed as a training role for individuals transitioning from rig crew positions or recent well‑engineering graduates, offering hands‑on experience in supervising day‑to‑day field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Well Site Supervisor and Well Site Manager in overseeing all well‑site operations.
• Coordinate rig‑up, rig‑down, move‑in and move‑out activities, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Manage logistics for equipment and materials to meet engineered well designs.
• Supervise subcontractors and product service lines, including rig contractors.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental protection measures on‑site.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Current IADC or IWCF well‑control certification.
• High school diploma; minimum two years of rig‑operation experience, preferably at driller level or above.
• Supervisory Well Control certificate preferred.
• Five years of experience and an undergraduate degree are desirable.
