Wellness Instructor

About the role

The Wellness Instructor will lead daily fitness and wellness activities for guests at Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project. The role blends high‑end hospitality service with professional fitness instruction to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal training, group classes and recreational wellness sessions in line with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, safe and fully operational fitness facilities; conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
• Provide personalized fitness assessments and tailored training programmes for guests.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, feedback and service recovery situations.
• Collaborate with spa therapists, wellness curators and recreation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Liaise with Front Office, Guest Relations and Spa Reception to coordinate bookings and communicate schedules.
• Promote and upsell personal training sessions, wellness programmes and related retail products to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering fitness and wellness sessions in a hospitality or resort environment.
• Strong commitment to hygiene, safety and equipment maintenance.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation with the ability to tailor programmes to individual needs.
• Team‑player who can coordinate with multiple departments and support onboarding of new staff.
