Whistleblowing and Integrity General Manager

About the role

The Whistleblowing and Integrity General Manager leads the organization’s whistleblowing function, ensuring a safe environment for reporting irregularities and driving resolution of violations. This senior role shapes strategy, manages budgets, and fosters a culture of transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the Audit Planning & Quality Assurance business plan and align whistleblowing objectives with ZATCA’s strategic goals.
• Develop and execute an operational plan for whistleblowing, including policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage the whistleblowing budget, monitor expenditures, and propose initiatives that reduce financial and operational risk.
• Oversee the whistleblowing hotline and platform, log complaints, ensure proper escalation, and drive complex investigations.
• Prepare analytical reports on findings, recommend improvements, and track resolution of high‑risk violations.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate direct reports, setting performance objectives and promoting a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior whistleblowing, compliance, or integrity management role.
• Proven ability to develop policies, manage budgets, and lead investigations.
