Wholesale International Settlement Services Assistant Manager

About the role

The Wholesale International Settlement Services Assistant Manager supports billing, settlement, collection and payment activities for stc's Wholesale International Services. The role ensures accurate invoicing, timely reconciliation and swift resolution of billing discrepancies while collaborating with Finance, Sales and operational teams to follow approved agreements and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for wholesale international customers in line with contractual billing agreements.
• Review billing and settlement data to verify completeness before processing.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve collection or billing discrepancies with international operators and partners.
• Support collection activities and coordinate with stakeholders to secure timely payments.
• Activate or deactivate services based on customers' billing and payment status.
• Reconcile settlements for international services provided by stc and its partners, including IP, satellite and connectivity services.
• Validate expense invoices from international partners and coordinate payment scheduling with Finance.
• Monitor settlement and billing terms to ensure alignment with agreements, working closely with Sales and other stakeholders.
• Assist monthly financial closing, validate wholesale financial data and support system enhancements related to billing and settlement processes.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in wholesale billing, settlement or financial reconciliation within the telecom sector.
• Strong understanding of international telecom service agreements and related financial processes.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including Finance, Sales and Operations.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
