Windows and Linux System Administrators (2 roles)

About the role

TechMantra Global is hiring two full-time IT infrastructure professionals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for onsite work. The positions are Windows System Administrator and Linux System Administrator. Successful candidates will manage enterprise server environments, maintain system security and availability, troubleshoot complex technical issues and support virtualization and automation. The estimated salary is SAR 9,000-15,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer and maintain Windows Server or Linux server environments.
• Monitor server performance, availability and infrastructure health.
• Perform patching, upgrades, security hardening, backups and disaster recovery.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID for Windows environments.
• Administer Linux distributions such as RHEL, Ubuntu and CentOS.
• Troubleshoot server connectivity, networking, virtualization and infrastructure issues.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Maintain virtualization environments on VMware, Hyper-V or KVM.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support and keep system documentation accurate.
• Implement infrastructure security measures and support daily IT operations.

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows or Linux system administration.
• Relevant IT qualifications are beneficial; RHCSA, RHCE or equivalent is an advantage for the Linux role.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• RHEL, Ubuntu or CentOS administration, including storage management and security.
• PowerShell, Bash or Python scripting.
• Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V or KVM.
• Networking, server hardening, backup systems, disaster recovery and infrastructure monitoring.
