Workplace Operations & Experience Manager – Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Workplace Operations & Experience Manager (Senior Associate) to join our Business Services team in Riyadh. Reporting to the Regional Head of Workplace Operations & Experience, you will ensure our physical spaces deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience for employees and visitors worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Facilities Management & Maintenance – keep office spaces clean, organized and well‑maintained.
• Engagement & Connection – coordinate community events and meetings to foster belonging.
• Onboarding & Offboarding – support administrative processes for new hires, transfers and guest access.
• Health & Safety – contribute to safety protocols, hazard mitigation and ISO/TISAX documentation; act as Safety Officer.
• Physical Security – manage security measures and collaborate with Infosec and Legal.
• Travel Support – assist employees with travel bookings and self‑service tools.
• Procurement & Office Services – source office amenities, manage suppliers and internal procurement systems.
• Real Estate Liaison – work with building management to resolve maintenance issues and improve leased spaces.
• Sustainability – implement local sustainability initiatives and track compliance.
• Budget Management – monitor spend against the regional budget.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer‑service mindset with a people‑first approach.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using modern office systems, booking platforms and administrative tools.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and arranging items.
• Strong problem‑solving and independent decision‑making abilities.
• Execution‑focused attitude with the capacity to manage multiple logistical projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to complete safety‑officer certification if not already certified.
