Workplace Platform Engineer – Microsoft 365 & Identity

About the role

We are looking for a Workplace Platform Engineer to own and evolve our digital workplace ecosystem. You will be responsible for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, automation, and productivity platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID architecture, including Conditional Access, SSO, and identity governance.
• Own Intune architecture, device compliance policies, security baselines, and application deployment standards.
• Engineer and govern workplace applications such as Jira, ManageEngine, n8n, DigiCert PKI, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager, and MarkMonitor.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and n8n, applying best practices for code review, secrets management, and monitoring.
• Translate security and compliance requirements into technical controls across M365 and endpoints.
• Act as escalation point for complex L2 issues, lead root‑cause analysis, and manage major platform changes.
• Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, renewals, and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Experience with identity governance, conditional access, and endpoint security.
• Ability to automate workflows and optimise platform operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and stakeholder management.
