WWTP Technician I

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as a WWTP Technician I, responsible for ensuring the continuous and safe operation of the Water Treatment Plant. You will work on a variety of equipment, support preventive maintenance programs, and uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all WWTP systems, including equalization, anoxic, drum‑screen, aeration, clarifier, decanter, blower room, MMF, filtration and chlorine units.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to keep assets in optimal condition.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, track consumption, and maintain quality standards.
• Carry out daily routine tasks, parameter monitoring, laboratory analyses, and keep accurate activity reports.
• Maintain housekeeping, follow HSE guidelines, handle chemicals safely, and use appropriate PPE.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, 5S, and the company’s sustainability policy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑year technical course in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or basic Environmental/Chemical studies.
